Impressed but disappointed Overall, ITrustCapital is of the best at what they do. The price structure is fair and the system is not overly complicated for a novice to operate their Self-Directed IRA. I am frustrated to learn via their Twitter post that ITrustCapital will not be allowing their investors to participate in future airdrops when their crypto investments are eligible to receive them. My overall experience so far has been a… My overall experience so far has been a good one. The "difference" between four and five stars for now has to do with the need for greater selection of cryptocurrencies. I am extremely confident that iTrustCapital will get there. I was very happy to see Polkadot and Stellar Lumens added, as they are crypto that I already held in a retail account. I'm definitely in for the long run and anticipate a very beneficial experience with iTrustCapital as my retirement investment partner.
Great Experience I recently transferred one of my Roth IRA accounts over to iTrustCapital in order to diversity into cryptocurrency and commodities and have been very happy with the decision. I like your platform very much I like your platform very much. Have had no issues placing trades even during high volume. Just would like to know when you are going to have other alt coins someone could get on Coinbase, etc. Also, your information about lending crypto currency and having 100% liquidity was very good and insightful.

Customer Service is terrible Customer Service is almost non-existent. In order to speak with someone, I must schedule a call and there isn't a time slot available for over a month. I also sent an email message about a $50,000 transfer that didn't show up in my account for 7 weeks and never received a response. I moved some of my IRA money to iTrust Capital to purchase cryptocurrency and the reviews looked good.
