All aspects of J Prime are exceptional but the staff is fantastic. Beautifully turned out, smiling sincerely and quietly delivering high end service.
Everything was perfect from the food to the service.
This is my second time eating here and they didn't disappoint as usual. Came for date night with hubby and it happened to be restaurant week. The food was and service is always top tier!
One of the best steaks I've had in Texas. Everything was exceptional, lobster bisque, bread, dessert, and of course the ribeye and new york strip. The staff is very attentive, including giving our ticket to the valet to get our car while we were paying so it was outside when we were ready to go.

We had a birthday party for my friend and we drove from San Antonio.. we already knew J Prime from San Antonio and we wanted make his day special .. as we expected it was delicious food and awesome service .. thanks to Miguel, GM, and Richard ( server ) we had fabulous dinner and celebration.. it was the first time in Austin location but I m sure it won’t be last .. one stop for prime steak!!
We went for a double birthday celebration! Miguel the manager went above and beyond to make it a special occasion! Highly recommend!
it was ok our waitress was excellent but there was a roudy group next to us that were cursing loudy and generally making fools of themselves no effort on behalf of management to address it with them and actually seemed to encourage them, a manager did come by to apologize about them
Omg!! 10 over 10!! Everything was Excellent from the service and the Place was absolutely Gorgeous! The Chef is amazing! I Celebrated my Birthday here! I am definitely recommending J Prime Steak house in Austin, Texas. Great vibe! Great service! Great Food! Every dish was a 10!!! I am so Happy that I celebrated my birthday here. Thank you! We will definitely be back!
