I had a bad experience worth a 1 Star but the GM, Miguel, actually reached out and we had a good conversation where I gave him my feedback and he genuinely listened without being defensive or making excuses. In addition, he ensured that I felt satisfied with J Primes level of commitment in making it right. I appreciated both gestures - and intend to go back for another try as the food was great even if the previous experience wasn’t. Regardless, I commend Miguel and JPrimes commitment to customer service.
The food and atmosphere was amazing as always. Our server was absolutely incredible. So friendly, professional and just an all around pleasant guy. I've never had a bad experience at J Prime. The entire staff are top notch. Highly recommend!

Amazing food-impeccable service-a little loud but it was Valentines and busy.
AC was blowing very cold air at our table. Steaks were undercooked. Med was med rare and med well was also med rare. They did not have dessert that was on the menu.
Impeccable service! Food was served quickly and hot. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Only thing I thought was odd was the loud music playing during dinner. For a high end restaurant, I wasn't expecting that.
Visited J Prime for the 1st time to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The social media brought us in, but the service has made us repeat customers. It really felt like we had an experience, not just a nice dinner.
This is one of the best steakhouses I’ve ever been to. The service is unbeatable! The food was delicious too. The ambiance is fun and upbeat!
Absolutely a fantastic experience top to bottom. Excellent selection and quality of food and service Great vibe all around. Will definitely be back as I travel through Austin.
