Food was good, but menu prices were higher than advertised online via menu on website. Told the waiter and he seemed to blow it off as not a big deal. Negative view of restaurant since advertised prices were not changed at time physical menus were changed.
Service was fantastic and food was delicious. I would recommend to a friend.
Our server was absolutely exceptional. A water glass was never left empty. She listened extremely well and was attentive to every single guest.
Has to be one of the best dining experiences my family and I had in a long, long time. Absolutely superb from valet reception to valet departure. Top-notch wait staff, ambience , food & beverage, and decor!
Warm welcome and greeting by hosts. Beautiful restaurant, excellent ambiance. They promptly sat us and since it was my son’s birthday ( noted on reservation) they placed a clear large balloon with lights as a centerpiece. The service is excellent. Food was wonderful. Mother’s Day celebration menu…told that we had to share our appetizers with our spouse, even though we each had to pay the same price. Since we were a party of 8, I feel that the level of service that brought me back to J Prime was sub par, at best. Maybe it was the automatic 20% built in gratuity? With the exception of the steaks and sides, all other portions were smaller than normal. On a positive note, all of our steaks and sides were perfectly cooked.
Very great place to come enjoy a special occasion or just to come enjoy some good food and excellent customer service. Staff is always on point drinks are 10/10 and food is delicious. Worth every penny
We had a great experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere, service and food was fantastic!
Didn't think we got the value for the price we paid, the oysters were the smallest I've ever seen; the ceasar salad was regular lettuce and they didn't use caesar salad dressing, my steak wasn't cooked at the temperature i requested and was lukewarm by the time it arrived. Another guest in our party also had their steak not properly cooked.
