Outstanding. The service was like a quiet symphony. Everyone was in harmony, doing different things at the same time and we hardly noticed it (in the very best way). Very nice, classic fine dining touches like an amuse bouche, palate cleanser, and hot towels. The dessert menu is impressive as well, there are several flambéd choices. I enjoyed everything about my dinner at J-Prime. The service was impeccable and our waitress was very accommodating without being pushy. The food was good value and was served timely.
