Easy Process.
Jacalyn is always responsive to our inquiries & questions. Months ago we reached out about refinancing but then decided it wasn’t the right time. As rates continued to drop, we reached out to her again & she walked us through the process. Everything can be done virtually but she’s available by phone for other questions we had if we didn’t understand something. When there were some communication glitches with the refinance team, Jacalyn was diligent in getting them corrected.
Jaclyn and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the process! Jaclyn was always available when we had questions or need help. I was dreading doing a refinance because I thought it would be a headache, but Jaclyn and the team at Zenith made it super easy.
Jacalyn was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly to work with. I would recommend anyone to utilize her for buying a home. She made the process as painless as possible!
