Jacalyn was very organized. In our initial meeting with her, we were able to get all set up within about a 15 minute conversation. Other lenders took twice or three times as long. Jacalyn also worked hard on our loan. We needed a last minute change when our sellers countered our offer, and she was able to get us a couple of options to satisfy it within just a few minutes.
Even with Jacalyn nearing her maternity and even a few days into it, she was so responsive and made sure that her coworkers were taking care of me. I used her to finance and refinance my house. She doesn’t let you go into something that isn’t right for you. Will continue to work with her for all my future financing needs.
