Communication was good and friendly.
We had complications with employment verification due to covid and my maternity leave last year. And then, I changed jobs in the midst of the loan process making things even more complicated for approval. It was all handled so well by jacalyn and team. And I appreciate the extra maneuvers during all the transition and confusion.
