Jacalyn and the team were very responsive when we needed something done quickly. Money is always there ahead of time and there is no worries at the closing table.
Jacalyn was an awesome partner for us in the purchase of our first home! She was very thorough in explaining the process, detailing each line of the closing costs and guiding us through all of our questions. She was continuously checking the market for the best rates and accommodating any changes that we had as we were shopping for our home. She made herself available any time we needed.
