We were so happy with our experience with Jacalyn and her team at Hallmark. She was able to explain everything to us in terms we would understand and help us feel prepared and educated before we began our search and then during the whole process as we made an offer and closed. It was such a smooth and seamless experience, and we are so happy that we were lucky enough to work with her!

This is our first house, and Jacalyn made this process much smoother than we expected. She helped us to stay within our budget for both monthly payments and closing costs, which seemed overwhelming at first, but the transparency Jacalyn gave us on our costs and fees made this a lot easier. Quite frankly I never thought this was possible for us in the Denver Market to own a home, but Jacalyn found a way.
Going into the homebuying process, we weren't sure what to expect. Jacalyn and her team were so great and efficient that I thought something more difficult was coming. By the time we went to closing, everything was taken care of and even the closing agent said how great everything was with Hallmark!

Using Jacalyn for our first home mortgage was one of the easiest decisions we made during the process. Other mortgage brokers from some of the larger companies we compared with were very pushy and it made us feel very overwhelmed and uncomfortable. As soon as we talked and met with Jacalyn, we felt at ease and immediately knew we wanted to work with her. The whole process was very smooth and her team helped us every step of the way. We even got a compliment about her from the seller's agent!
Jacalyn put her all into making it a great experience, and most importantly getting the approval. She handled the chaos and kept things simple for us. She IS the one you want on your side.
Jacalyn and her staff were very attentive to our needs and questions, always supplying us with information about where and at what stage our loan process was at, and communicating with us about what information they needed from us. Even though her weekly updates required listening to it 3-4 times (she is a speed talker), the information she provides is very helpful and tells you all the information you need.
