Jacalyn and the team at Hallmark Mortgage: + provided timely communication and updates + educated us along the way; not overwhelming amounts of information at any one time + took time to go over loan details / numerical breakdowns with us + informed us when our loan had been sold and gave us the new payment address + and the digital portal was easy to use and a convenient way to transfer documents
Jacalyn was a pleasure to work with during the mortgage process. She felt me updated and promptly answered any questions or concerns I had. I’d recommend Jacalyn at Hallmark to anybody hat is tired of dealing with the mortgage factories that don’t care about the individual behind the mortgage.
Jacalyn did a wonderful job and was extremely responsive to all my questions. She always got back to me quickly with clear and concise answers. It was very easy to work with Jacalyn even from out of state. She also went out of her way to make sure there were no delays in the closing process. I have already recommended her to a few friends!

Jacalyn was wonderful to work with. She, and her whole team, were incredibly helpful and supportive. She was sure to explain the process and the options available to me. She provided frequent updates as my loan was being processed and was always helpful and responsive when I had questions. I trusted Jacalyn to work in my best interest as I bought my first home.
Jacalyn made the entire home-buying process go so smoothly! We needed a very quick turn-around with our initial lender letter and she made it happen without a single hiccup. Her communication was timely, thorough, and clear! I would recommend her and Hallmark with zero reservations.
