Always experienced great service with y'all. Recently came for service on my car Tuesday and Andrae delivered great customer service!
Never, I mean never go to any of their dealerships. I bought a car gave them almost 2k as a deposit. Months later they never did the financing. I told them to just come and get the car and I went somewhere else. They refused to return my deposit. Now I am car shopping again, and won't be going there.
My local dealer Jack Ingram Nissan attempted to fix a known TSB until my warranty expired in December on my 2022 Frontier. To make it even more unethical and bad business The service manager said they couldn’t recreate the problem anymore and deleted my code history and said there was nothing there. Please BE AWARE that the Transmission in the Nissan Murano is defective! My car is 2021, and my transmission is being replaced now 20,000 miles with a remanufactured transmission. I was told that the only thing I could do was report to BBB, and then the call was disconnected. Corporate supported Jack Ingram Nissan's decision. Nissan is aware of this problem with the CVT transmission, yet they continue selling this vehicle. They sold me a car with a bad engine back in August of last year and is currently giving me the runaround on repairing it. I have been calling for over a week and they keep telling me the same crap everyday that they are going to give me a call but they never do. your service managers Mr. Lehan, probably not spelled right,his manager, Bill who is asst. manager don't respond calls till they are directed to do by the financial manager. company not the same. they could make issues right or better but will stick to their pledges to who I guess are focusing on.

The service department sucks! My daughter’s car had to have a motor.!when the car was towed in… the air was working! She was told to bring it back in for a diagnostic check! I called the service man that was handling her car. Left various messages and no one returned my calls. After taking the car back, they said something about the compressor! It was another 188 and some change! After paying 4500 for the motor ! Oh the service man was Richard! If something goes wrong again , we’ll go somewhere else! Bad customer service!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE REPAIRED FOR ANYTHING AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I TOOK MY CAR THERE ABOUT A YEAR AGO BECAUSE MY KEY FOB WAS NOT CONNECTING TO THE CAR WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK ABOUT A MONTH LATER NOT ONLY WAS THE KEYS NOT CONNECTING WITH THE CAR MY GEAR SHIFT WAS NOT WORKING IT WAS GOING IN AND OUT OF GEAR WITHOUT THE CAR BEING ON. You could improve by not selling a car out from under someone. No one needs a sale that bad they have to steal it from someone else. I was patient for 2 weeks while the vehicle was being fixed due to a recall for another salesman to pick up the car with a "sold sign" in it and sale it to someone else.
