DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE REPAIRED FOR ANYTHING AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I TOOK MY CAR THERE ABOUT A YEAR AGO BECAUSE MY KEY FOB WAS NOT CONNECTING TO THE CAR WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK ABOUT A MONTH LATER NOT ONLY WAS THE KEYS NOT CONNECTING WITH THE CAR MY GEAR SHIFT WAS NOT WORKING IT WAS GOING IN AND OUT OF GEAR WITHOUT THE CAR BEING ON. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE LIARS I TRIED TO CONTACT CORPORATE OFFICE DIDN'T GET ANY RESULTS THERE YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF TAKING YOUR CAR TO A SHADE TREE MECHANIC YOU WILL GET BETTER RESULTS

You could improve by not selling a car out from under someone. No one needs a sale that bad they have to steal it from someone else. I was patient for 2 weeks while the vehicle was being fixed due to a recall for another salesman to pick up the car with a "sold sign" in it and sale it to someone else.
I am always looking for fun cars. A GTR would be nice, but, you don't even keep one on the lot. A Nissan Halo car, and not one to be found. One 370Z. Get some decent cars, and I might come back.
While sitting in waiting area read pamphlet encouraging customers to post experience online and receive a 5 percent discount, when asked if I could along with my Militay discount, cashier stated it was one or the other. Didn’t read that anywhere on the pamphlet. WOW!

Terrible customer service. Got email to have oil change. Email stated they open at 7am on Saturday. 730 rolled around and not open. I got there at 650 as well as other people. 740 rolled around. I called and got voice mail and it stated they open at 730. I finally left after waiting an hour. I called service department to find out hours and she stated 8. Good grief.
