Horrible.... sales man didn't know anything about the vehicle we was looking for. He didn't make much of an attempt to find out anything and acting like it was a bother to do a test drive. Then did a sale on a commercial vehicle to which they didn't even deliver the same one ordered. They acted like we was a bother the whole time. Will not refer anybody to them.
I went for an oil change. Was told to come back at a certain time. I waited 2.5hrs to get an oil change. I had to ask for some type of compensation. I like them, but the wait is entirely too long.
I wished I could share pictures and show y'all my heartache with my 2015 altima. It's beyond a heartache. Custumer service is a joke. I'm pretty much scared to even drive the car after yesterday.
Well my experience with Jack Ingram Nissan was bitter sweet I arrived no one came an update me on anything until I stopped someone and required of service being done b to my vehicle after bring it up there for the third recall I was later inform after being there for about three hours they didn't have the part that was needed and I had to bring my vehicle back mind you fifty miles there and fifty miles back and no call from anybody or letter for the inconvenience not pleased with this company at all......
I will never buy anything from here again. They never call you back after calling for weeks at a time. I have left several messages asking about the warranty that I purchased with my car and no response was ever given!! There customer service STINKS!!
John Thames the owner of dsa is a bad person he still owe me my money for working for him he's a liar he don't treat his workers right and I don't think that's right and the workers really scared to speak up for they self so I'm speaking for them and I think y'all should do something about that
