Caleb called ahead of his arrival and arrived promptly when he said he would. He explained the process of the cleaning and inspection and got to work. He had two drop cloths down to protect the carpet and had me open the windows at one point due to the airflow allowing the soot into the house. Once windows opened the flow corrected itself. The camera inspection was great and he pointed out the good and the bad and gave well informed recommendations. I always have a great annual experience with the team members from Jack Pixley, going back almost 10 years ago when they fixed our chimney so we could enjoy wood fires. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They even had unplanned time to perform standard maintenance on my gas fireplace. Thanks to the two service team members who did a great job today. Thanks!
Caleb was incredibly helpful (even as he was delivering relatively bad news). He took the time to explain every aspect of our wood burning fireplace/chimney and what our limitations were given current code specifications. I was very grateful that he showed me how he arrived at the math in this regard. The other chimney company that gave me a bid for the same work a couple weeks ago did not do this.
Great quality and very professional. The technicians Caleb and Matt were very polite and knowledgeable with any questions I had. They took the time to show me what they were looking for and did a very thorough inspection. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends for any chimney services for sure.
The tech, Jon, that came for our sweep and inspection was great. Was able to arrive in the time window specified a couple days before the appointment. Was very knowledgeable and did a great job sharing how our chimney is constructed and operates. Clearly explained deficiencies noted during the inspection. The cleaning was thorough and speedy.
