RecommendedI've used Jack Pixley for four years and I find more reasons to like them. The service person has always been friendly, helpful and informative.
Caleb called ahead of his arrival and arrived promptly when he said he would. He explained the process of the cleaning and inspection and promptly got to work. He had two drop cloths down to protect the carpet and had me open the windows at one point due to the airflow allowing the soot into the house. Once windows opened the flow corrected itself. Sweep was on time, friendly and professional. Didn't need a cleaning, so he did a level 2 inspection on my wood burning fireplace and explained everything before he left. He also provided recommendations for wood venders at my request.
Amazing service and knowledgeable staff! We have never had a fireplace before so when we bought our new house, we knew there was no other company we would rather work with than Jack Pixley. James came to our house to service and inspect our fireplace. He explained everything in great detail and showed us how it worked and what to watch for. Service tech showed up on time. Did a very thorough job cleaning the chimney and provided a detailed report, including photos.
