Jon came to clean and check our Chimney and fireplace! He did an awesome job and worked very hard. He left Everything very clean. He was very professional and knowledgeable!! Will definitely do business with Jack Pixley again! Highly recommend them!!

I'm a long-term customer of Jack Pixley Sweeps. Today, Matt, who came to clean my wood stove and chimney, was very courteous, professional and very thorough. I received a through report of the chimney condition along with before and after photos, provides photos. Matt made sure I understood all parts of the evaluation report, findings and recommendations and answered all my questions before he left. Thank you Jack Pixley Chimney Sweeps! Caleb came to inspect the chimney and place a chimney cap (displaced by the wind). He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and kind. I appreciate the photos and report he gave me. He explained options to repair the chimney, it being 100 years old and showing its age. He vacuumed the fireplace and left the space clean and tidy. I am happy to recommend your company to anyone in need.

Caleb and Matt were polite, professional, and willing to answer questions to educate us on our gas fireplace. Caleb also did some checking on finding logs for our fireplace and got back to us the same day.
