RecommendedLabor Day came with ,what I thought, an impacted wisdom tooth. I went to Dunn ave location and even with it being a holiday, the wait was short and my dentist correctly diagnosed a sinus infection causing the pain. The X-rays were emailed to me next day just in case I needed them. He saved me a lot of money and gave me great peace of mind. Office staff was super nice and they waited on me to provide my dental insurance info which I did not have on day of visit, billed my visit and refunded me the money I paid that day! V... read more

RecommendedI was in a great deal of pain they are very friendly & a caring team. They took my fears & everything to heart & knew that I was very uneasy about the whole pulling teeth thing. They were very patient with me if I said 1 min plz they stopped & gave me a min. I would totally recommend these guys. Thank u so very much & great prices also.
RecommendedI want to think Jacksonville emergency dental for having patience with me while my pressure was sky-high early this morning they took care of me real good something that started out at 8 ended up being 2 hours and 30 minutes . the doctor and the staff was very wonderful I would recommend them to anybody that is the one on Dunn Avenue

RecommendedThey are fantastic! Everything was explained clearly and I was taken care of quickly. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Also, 0 pain x-rays are my new favorite thing. ;)
RecommendedSaw me within 3 hours of calling ( would have saw me earlier but I couldn’t get there ) waited less than 5 minutes to go back for X-rays. By the time I got to the room the doctor was waiting on me. Very friendly , knowledgeable and gentle. From x-rays to scripts in my hand to leave was maybe 20 minutes. I didn’t feel a thing as the tooth was removed. When the dumbness wore off my mouth was not killing me either. Filled everything with my insurance no hassle for me at all. Recommend 100%!!!!
RecommendedThey waited on me at the Dunn Ave location when it was time for them to go. I was there after their closing time and the staff were just as nice to me as if I were their 1st patient. The dentist himself gave me options not just to pull it. Thank you to the staff and everyone there!
RecommendedI had a horrific toothache Labor Day weekend - I called Jax Emergency Dental on Tues morning and told to be there before 10 - I was greeted warmly and waited only a few minutes - xrays were taken and Dr Tomasino came in and told me what was wrong - he gave me options and at 70 yrs old I told him to pull the tooth - at no time was I in any pain - - There was little bleeding and I was home within an hour with aftercare instructions, an antibiotic and painkillers ( which I did not fill or need).
