ALL THEY DO IS PULL TEETH!!! I Spent so much money my whole life on my teeth and I really hesitated on getting my chip tooth taken out and I told the lady doctor I don’t think I should and she said u should your tooth is bad! I wanted to leave I asked if I could go talk to my hubs in the waiting room..instead they brought him back for 30 seconds and said she needs her tooth pulled it’s crack and bad! I actually would have highly recommended them prior to this appointment. It sucks that one visit can change your opinion on a company. This time around I got through a dental procedure and received a prescription for four pills. I took my script to CVS who did not have it. Then took it to PUBLIX and they mentioned calling Jacksonville Emergency Dental for verification. They called me saying their was a problem. It has now been one week since my visit. I am still waiting for the email with a treatment plan that was promised no later than the following day. Very dissatisfied with the service. Cost me $110 for a consultation and I received nothing in return. Won’t be back.
$ 275 just to remove a tooth no thank you
Okay So I Called This Office At About 7:00am verifies my insurance was acceptable with them and the rep I had spoken with advised me was. Okay so BOOM ! I’m there in the office waiting for about an hour or so, the rep calls me over to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. A complete waste of time and all the rep could do was so oh well 🤷🏽♀️ I will NEVER refer anybody to this place
