The only negative part was waiting in a long line at opening to get same day walk in service. Get there early. I was there an hour before opening, and I was 4th in line. The staff and doctor was incredible. They processed dozens of grumpy people, who were in a lot of pain, fast and courteously. When they found out my insurance didn't cover them, they were friendly, empathetic and apologetic. I was in so much pain I decided to pay cash, and it was worth every penny. RecommendedThe staff is super friendly and very thorough. They explain your treatment plan in great detail. I had an emergency today and they got me right in and did the extraction on the spot! I love that they do most work there and on the same day. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends.
RecommendedI have not had great experiences with dentists in the past so when I recently broke my tooth I was terrified for both the procedure to fix it as well as the cost. I am happy to say the cost was much less expensive than I thought it was going to be and Dr. Thomasino made the procedure as easy as possible. He answered my questions before he started and constantly checked in with me during the procedure to be sure I was as comfortable as possible. He and his staff are fabulous!
RecommendedNo one likes going to the dentist. This place surprised with there fast service and the customer care was superb. My experience of an extraction was beyond my expectations. RecommendedStaff was amazing! Quick check-in, even on a Friday when most of the typical Dentist offices are closed. The Dr. Was amazing! Definitely would recommend everyone to go if they need emergency dental services.
