Jacob Grant has been really good. With any problems we have had we've brought it up an the only problem was either already noticed and being taken care of, or they took care of it really quickly after being told about it.
I have lived at my residence for the past three years, If i have any problems they are always quick to be revolved. Very good, they have been very helpful and whole there have been a few small problems with the apartment, they are very quick to fix it.
They have been friendly and helpful. The property is as described and all issues have been promptly addressed.
Jacob Grant Property Management has been great. very friendly to their tenants and their virtual tour was very helpful since I loved from out of state.
Great company to work with. We received a quick evaluation of the expectations for our rental, and found a renter quickly. I like the statements that are emailed monthly. Everybody has been pleasant and professional to work with. I like the way they have planned maintenance set up.
They really are the best!Jacob Grant Partnership knows how to bring in good residents and let go those residents who are not keeping their end of the rental agreement. We have quite a lot of turnover because of the nature of the 1bdrm and studio facility. Never the less, the entire staff of Jacob Grant Partnership is awesome at keeping up and informing me with everything!
I would like to preface this comment by letting you know how great it has been to live under the direction of Jacob Grant Property Management. Whenever we had any maintenance requests they were taken care of immediately. If I ever had any questions or concerns they were great to answer them and always keep my mind at ease. I feel like they have made Gateway apartments safer and cleaner than when they were managed by another company.
They are just as lovely in person as they are on the phone and email! Thankful for them renting this house to us. We truly love it and are very happy there!
I have seen many management companies work in Bonneville & Madison County, and I am convinced through my own experiences with Jacob Grant Properties, residents will enjoy the cleanest most well maintained apartments anyone has or will ever see!
