I own over a dozen properties, and JGPM manages them all. He's always on top of things, so the vacancies don't last long. He sends me very detailed reports that save me a lot of time doing my own paperwork. I trust Jacob Grant PM with my properties.

Without Jacob Grant Property Management I don't think it would be possible for me to have a rental property. My initial plan was to sell my house, but in this economy Jacob Grant made it possible for me to rent it instead. They have always provided excellent customer service to my tenants and me. Also, they always address my questions and concerns with care and professionalism.

Worst company I've ever dealt with HANDS DOWN! And gotta love how JG only responds to their fake 5 star reviews. I'm assuming they don't respond to negative reviews because they are all true. What are they going to say.....'Yep, we screwed you over and drinks tonight are on renter's wallets'. If they aren't busy raising your rent, they are making up ways to either fine or make your life miserable. I paid my rent on time and was a good tenant. I set an appointment to look at a house, and we emailed back and forth about viewing times. I was told that if I wanted to have priority on the property I should apply. So I applied and paid the 25 dollar fee. I received a text about the breed of my dog, and notified them I had a service animal. I didn't hear anything after that until I called to see if I could view another property they had on their website instead. These people are crooks, their animosity has my family homeless for over a year; I refuse to pay their extortion attempt (I will never forgive your company). Jorge entered my property unannounced as against my lease multiple times once my wife and I naked (after the third time) I called the police because I felt violated. Month later after my lease expired, they charged me over $12,000.00, $5,000.00 listed as professional fees no other explanation to fees. If I could give them a zero I would. They are by far the worse company to ever rent from. They do not care about their tenants unless their tenants can afford to pay in the thousands for rent. It takes them forever to come and do a repair. We had a major problem and they basically threw it in our face and said it was our fault. The company is a fraud. Im a property owner and was promised to have a statement on the 15th of every month. I got no statement, no check, and they haven't paid the condo fees as written in the contract. If you are a property owner, don't bother with Jacob Grant, they take the rent and give you nothing!
