I have rented a house managed by this company for two years. My initial experience was a little rocky due to occasional misunderstandings over the phone. But I am pleased to report that Jake, the manager of Jacob Grant Properties, takes a keen interest in making sure his clients are happy with their service and has done everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. I will be renewing my lease for another term thanks to his effort.

I rented a large home in the Idaho Falls area for over two years through Jacob Grant PM. Not only did they prove to be very easy to deal with and responsive whenever we had a problem, they actually refunded almost my entire security deposit. I moved into the apartments on Cone St. in Blackfoot not too long before Jacob Grant took over the property. At the time I was kicking myself for choosing such a place, there was trash on the dead lawn, and rather shady neighbors. I almost decided to just deal with breaking the lease just to get out of there. That's when Jacob Grant Property Management took over and things changed very quickly. We were so fortunate to find Jacob Grant Property Management. We are currently living in West Virginia and have a home in Idaho Falls. The stress, worry, frustration and hardship of taking care of our home across the country was not working for us. We were always getting calls that something needed to be done, or the heater wasn’t working right, or how much fertilizer should the tenants put on the lawn. I just wanted to say "thank you" to Jacob Grant P.M. for your willingness to work with my husband and I. We definitely aren't the type to cause problems but after having issues right off the bat we were nervous about the kind of response we were going to get from the property manager. Fortunately you all were helpful and got a maintenance man out to us right away. Problem is fixed and it's such a relief knowing we can count on you guys to take care of us, thanks again! We look forward to the next year and maybe even more...

They have an awesome web site! Navigation is very easy. Love the videos of the walk throughs. The camera work is smooth and easy to follow and they descriptions are detailed. I appreciate how they've made renting such a stress-free and pleasant experience.

We just wanted to say how much we appreciate the way you handle invoicing, deposits, and especially the consistent communication that you agency employs. I cannot stress how thankful we are. I realize that we're only taking a month and the initial set-up of things, but it's such a refreshing and sensible change from the way things were handled elsewhere.
