What’s not great about Jacob! He went above and beyond! He took my calls and communicated every step. He was thorough and funny too! I really liked working with Jacob on my refinance. He’s so experienced and knows his stuff!
Jacob was transparent with us throughout our whole experience. We were constantly provided updates, and he expressed a lot of care in moving us forward through the process in the most seamless and beneficial way possible. We gained a lot through our home refinance loan with LHFS, and it's going to make big changes on us and our future. Jacob also works hard around the clock, which is apparent when you can reach him the early morning or late evening by email or phone call/text. Will recommend!
Jocob was very helpful and helped close a few days early on our home loan refinance. I would suggest him to anyone I know to help buy a home or refinancing. He is the only person I will go to help refinance or buy another home.
I was a first time home buyer and Jacob was extremely informative and helpful throughout the whole process even throughout the pandemic. Always answers the phone or answers a text promptly. Jacob always explained every question I had in great detail and made sure I fully understood before hanging up. After our business was concluded he still said that if I ever had a questions even if they weren’t pertaining to the loan, to not hesitate to call.
