I came to Jacob from another mortgage group (big name) and I was not getting the answers I needed nor in a timely manner. Jacob restored my faith and was able to help me get through some major hurdles with my loan. I look back and cannot imagine where I would be and the many disappointments I would have had, had I'd gone with the original company. Jacob was wonderful to work with and flexible with my odd schedule due to the nature of my job. He was consistently updating me on changes with the refinance process and also explained a lot in detail as I am fairly new to this process.
