This will be a very long story to tell, but in small words, Jacob is incredible at what he does, from beginning to the end of our transaction he was in top of everything and I meant from the smallest thing to the largest, I come from the customer service industry and I could say his one of the best. He also manage to do my refi with so many obstacles and he never gave up, lets just say the obstacle where big but with no questions ask he did it. I will totally recommend him to anyone.
