As a first time home buyer, I did not know what I was doing at the start or even during the process. Jake was super helpful in explaining things every step of the way and making sure I completed all the necessary action items. He is very knowledgeable and made the process as easy as could be. He is very kind and was always available to answer my questions. Very professional and also friendly, great to work with!
So, at the end of 2025 I made a personal vow to myself to be in a home by the end of the year. To put pressure on myself, I told my landlord that I'm only signing a 6 month lease. Jacob kept informed of all the many processes involved in obtaining loan. Also buying a condominium is different than purchasing a residential house. Jacob was able to navigate the nuances involved. Answered all questions promptly and in “layman’s terms”.
