I would really recommend Jacob for your mortgage needs. He was proactive in providing advice, giving us an abundant number of options and explaining the pros and cons of each option. I had a very stressful time deciding what to do with rates and he really came through and made the process much easier. He and his team were responsive and prompt and got us through closing quickly without any issues.
