Jaime is a very nice person; friendly and personable. Unfortunately being friendly and personable doesn't get the job done when handling a new mortgage loan. Our experience with KBHS was the worst we've ever had for a new home purchase. At various times during the 7 mo process we basically begged Jaime to escalate issues we were having to no avail. Followup was seemingly nonexistent to the point the entire purchase was at risk of falling thru. No support from her mgr was definitely a factor.

Our new home took a little less than 6 months to be completed and the loan department informed us the last week prior to our projected closing date that we did not qualified for the loan. Turns out that they did not have our updated income even after providing numerous pay stubs, bank statements and job verification from our employers during that six month period. In my opinion, this is something that could've been prevented a great amount of stress on the last week. Very disappointing!

Jaime was unhelpful throughout the entire process. She either doesnt respond to emails or calls or is extremely late at responding. Her communication throughout was awful. She even failed to tell us that our closing date had been postponed a week later than we originally thought, and we found this out the day prior. Due to Jaime and the rest of the KB lending team we were forced to pay for several days of hotels and other expenses.
