Went here as they had gluten free options and the food was horrible. Way too much money for very low quality food. Service was poor, our food took a long time to come out. Would not recommend this restaurant.

My husband ordered the rigatoni there was not enough cream sauce and it was a small portion. I ordered the shrimp and avocado. The shrimp was overcooked tasted like rubber. It was tasteless and the order also came with green beans. There was more green beans on the dish than any rice or shrimp it was disgusting.
Over-priced entrees, $20 for a chicken quesadilla with no sides is wild. Kids meal for $10 is 2 chicken tenders and a side of rice. On the day we went, server didn't put in one of the 7 meals for our party, so their food came out 20 minutes after the rest of the table. Server never came and checked our table after the initial food order was placed, only after getting her attention to get the check did she come back. Disappointed. I ordered the Grilled Cheese & Tomato Bisque. It clearly says that it comes with a side of fries or tater tots etc. I was told it didn't and was charged 6.95 for the fries. The tomato bisque was acidic and strangely thick. The margarita flatbread was embarrassing and looked like a frozen pizza. On top of it I ordered a small beer and was charged for a large.

Do not waste your money. This is overpriced grill food that made 3 of my family members ill. It was gross.
A large group of us dined here last night. Our waiter was fine to start, but as the meal went on, he was nowhere to be found. I ordered a drink that did not mention anything about being spicy however when I took a sip, it was intolerable. I sent it back immediately. I was charged for it which I do not agree with. Waiters/bus staff left empty plates/glasses on our table all night.
Food took forever to come and my steak was well done when I ordered it medium rare!!

The waiter seemed to be brand new and took forever to get our bill he seemed lost. He also dropped plates and a glass shard flew and hit me on my collar bone. We had to ASK to get new drinks as glass flew onto our table. I would’ve thought a manager would’ve come over after that... I waitressed for 5.5 years, so I always give the benefit of the doubt, but this was a poor experience and I do not need to come back again. First and last time trying jake and joes.
