2nd time here with same waiter. We had to flag him for more beverages and to place our order this time. I thought the chili on the nachos was cold. I got the new short rib parpadelle and the sauce wasn't not good. Tasted like Ragu to me. I think the rest of my group enjoyed their dinner. He came fast to give us the check though.
Pizza was terrible, with barely any toppings put on it

Worst experience ever because we found a live mouse under our table! Menu looked great but we couldn’t even stay because of the mice!

Overall good. Nice place to watch a game. Lively atmosphere. Food was not really worth the price. Reason for low rating: the waitress. She was awful. Not friendly. Rolled her eyes when i asked for tea. Everyone at the table was joking and being super friendly with her, she looked annoyed to be there. I asked for tea she comes back and says there is none. I am pretty sure she didn’t even check. Barely checked on us except to rush us out. If we ever come back, praying she will not be there.

The food was really not good. The kids said it reminded them of school lunch
Service was terrible, food was barely warm. Waitress was in her own world. Had to literally walk over to her to ask for drinks. Terrible.

I see no need to ever go back here. Reserved a regular table, was seated at a hightop next to a 40th birthday party. They were literally right up against our table. We asked to move since there were many other tables open. We’re told those were reserved and there was no other place to put us. I saw the manager (she never once came to speak to us) ask the party to move over and was literally told to f@@@ off. Our waitress didn’t come back to the table after dropping our drinks off for over 30 minutes. Forgot to bring our pretzel sticks out, so they came out after our food and they were very cold. Overall the service was not good and the food was mediocre.
