Place was empty, yet the waitress was pushy for us to leave. Food wasn’t great and still priced like it was. No real point to go here

Teens at host station kept offering us a high top although we reserved standard seating. Appetizer took forever and arrived within seconds of our food. Asked for malt vinegar and instead of telling me they were out, the waitress avoided returning to our table. When we flagged her down she told me the kitchen staff didn’t know what malt vinegar was. Food was mediocre at best. A great place to have a drink and watch sports though. Wouldn’t go back for the service or the food.
Too noisy could not hear my family speak Waiter was very nice but Not very attentive Food was not a good burger was cold steak want to talk appetizers were cool

Unorganized. Made reservations yet tables was given away, other tables available yet had to wait and then sat at one of the open tables. Service was slow. And food was average. Too pricey for what you get.

Service felt scattered - and I understand that service is difficult in general right now, but it took more than 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our table, my order was taken incorrectly (both food and drink) and it was just kind of messy in general.

I placed a reservation for 6 for 6:45. I made the reservation at 4:45. When we arrived at 6:30 I was informed they gave our reservation away....... Very confused. I asked if we could still be seated. They said yes at 2 separate tables, not happy about that at all. The 3 hosts who came up with that idea were between the ages of 18-21.... Very young kids. Music too loud, people shouting to talk over music and with very few people in restaurants everyone sitting in same corner of restaurant. Food - salmon over cooked, thus dry. Sweet potato fries cool, not freshly cooked. Broccoli under cooked, semi raw. And no coffee, machine broke a few days ago. Not mention of Wednesday $5 burger day. Unfortunately service was very slow just as our meals were coming out my wife was informed that they did not have an ingredient for the meal that she had asked for drinks left and refilled dirty silverware etc.
The service was good. The food was horrible. Steak tips were so over cooked and dry we had a hard time cutting them. I got the crispy fish tacos. They were cold and mushy, def. not crispy. It came with a side of some slaw, corn concoction that was also just mushy. Not fresh. We got calamari for appetizer. They were also over cooked to the point you couldn’t taste the calamari. Just overly crunchy pieces of fried batter. Sorry but we will not go back.
