Working with Jimmy was flawless, he knows his stuff and truly wants what is best for his client! Jimmy was willing to go the extra mile for us and we really appreciated that in such a big purchase as a home. I would 100% recommend him for either selling or buying a home. Jimmy was very knowledgeable providing detailed information that helped us maximize the sale of our home. From getting the house prepared, recommendations of what to upgrade, affordable professionals to help do the work to posting a thorough description and photos, Jimmy walked us through each detail. We had potential buyers right when the house hit the market. He was easy to reach and talk to throughout the entire process. Great realtor who we will use again.

We'd highly recommend James if you are selling or purchasing a new home! This is the second time we've worked with him and he is absolutely incredible at what he does. He's knowledgeable and timely, listens to his clients, and keeps them informed throughout the process while handling so much in the background. There's no one else we'd trust to walk through the purchasing/selling process and we've recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues for their realty needs!

James was highly professional, kind, patient and incredibly helpful. We went into the house use buying experience thinking it was going to be super stressful, but it ended up going so smoothly! We’ve now used James twice and each time he found homes that were within our reach that we would have never thought we could afford. 10/10 Would recommend.
