It was a relief to work with such a quality real estate agent when selling our home. Jimmy made the process of selling straight-forward and simple. I was very confident in his negotiations on my behalf. Jimmy is honest, knowledgeable and thorough so the paperwork and legal dealings to finalize the sale was a breeze. I could not have been more pleased with our choice of real estate agent.

Jimmy Dornan was fabulous to work with. We were able to close on the sale of our home within 30 days of showing it and for a good price. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about the process of selling a home and is proactive to get all the communication and paperwork completed efficiently. He is very accessible, in that he is easy to get a hold of and he explains things in a way that is understandable.

We thouroughly enjoyed working with James. We always felt he provided us with the best information with which to make disissions for the sale of our home. He knew the market well and helped us prepare our home for what people were looking for. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend James to friends and family.

Found our realtor to be very knowledgeable on the process of purchasing a home and very well studied on the manufactured home market in this area. He did a good job of staying in contact with us during the home purchasing process which was very important to me. When homes we might be interested in came on the market he informed us and scheduled a showing as quickly as possible. We used James when purchasing out current home and found him to be very knowledgeable about the housing market in general and also about the whole process of buying a home. We had a limited budget to work with but he made himself very available and worked hard at finding just the right house for us. We were very impressed with him, he was a very kind and well mannered young man with an excellent spirit about him. I would highly recommend him as a realtor, he did an amazing job for us.
