Could not have asked for a better realtor. Not knowing much about the home buying process as a first time home buyer, Jimmy was super patient with me and never became impatient with me, I never felt any kind of pressure from him, he was a great advocate, and a just a really kind and genuine man. James Dornan helped us short sale our house. He told us from the beginning that it will be a seamless process and that he will take care of everything. Sure enough, James and his associates kept their word and our house was sold seamlessly and quickly. Moreover, he assured and reassured us that everything will be OK, considering that a short sale can be nerve wracking. James Dornan is a wonderful agent who will get the job done.

JIMMY DORNAN took an offer on our house, 4 days after it was on the market, & got it SOLD after 4 negotiations with the buyer, BECAUSE he knew how to communicate with my husband and I, and all the other parties, so we were all on the same page. We bought our first home with Mr Dornan in January, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. He was knowledgeable, informative, and extremely patient with us. We must have looked at 50 different houses before we found our home. Without James's direction, we may have settled on the wrong place, and regretted our decisions.
