It seemed like there was a lack of communication between people at the office one person didn't know what someone else was doing . Someone would ask me for paperwork I already sent into someone else working on my loan. Once the paperwork comes into the office it should be scanned into a file with the clients name on that everyone has access to and its not laying on someone's desk.
