Once our offer was accepted, we were able to close quickly
Set multiple closing dates without everthing completed took 3 months to close
very prompt responses and they were very much on top of things which made an easy flow of the transactions
I felt that the same documents were requested multiple times to show the same information. Repetitive requirements became tiresome and annoying.
Jamie was wonderful he made the process easier then expected and always communicated with me so there were no surprises.
