It would have made it better, if you have one loan officer take care of the overall process. I loved working with Morgan. Then she announce that Jamie would be a good person to work with. So I thought, well as long as is just James, then is fine. Then he announces, that the loan will go on to the overwriters!! That was bad! When the loan process was not moving the way, it should have been, i asked for a Supervisor, someone by the name Robert called me. That supervisor was horrible!!

I started my loan process with John Dorey , he was great and answer all my emails the same day (most of the times immediately). After my qualification my contact was James Wright , again super communicative , on top of everything. I did my closing in less than 30 days , thanks to this team, who worked with my deadline. This is my second morgage with PennyMac love working with them.
Great communication and stress free process
I encountered multiple incidents of information that differed from what I was told on the phone. I was asked for documents multiple times and was not clear if they were received or not.
