The whole process was seamless and easy! We even changed our mind on which carpet we wanted and they immediately changed it no questions asked! Andrew was our installer and he took his time, was friendly and polite! Would recommend Jamie’s to anyone looking for flooring!

I wish we could have reviews with photos. Our installers Anthony and Juan exceeded our expectations by far. Fast, seamless operation between the 2 of them. Very professional and courteous. Watching them work together on this large project, 4 bedrooms, 60ft(ish)hallway and 3 floors of stairs in just 2 short days was beyond impressive. We received our carpet today and we couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish everyone was great! Our installer Andrew was the ultimate professional, absolutely top notch!!! He even vacuumed our carpet when he was finished! His knowledge, expertise and his attention to detail was outstanding!! We would highly recommend him!!!

Andrew came out and knocked out the job in one day! He was professional, kind, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I am so glad I went with a local small business instead of Home Depot! Thank you to Mike in Elyria for showing me and selling me the carpet, and for making this process so quick and easy! We will definitely be using them again in the near future to replace other carpet & flooring throughout the rest of our home.
