Had carpet installed on 4/7/23, in 4 rooms. The sales staff were wonderful and the installers did a GREAT job . They were professional, kind and cleaned up everything. Will use again. Tim Carter
Amazing. Andrew the installer was extremely polite and professional, he worked non stop to complete the first phase of our carpet install. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient installing as a one man crew. I hope he will be the installer for the next two sections of our home. Thank you.
Andrew installed carpets in both our bedrooms. He put them in himself and worked non stop until they were completed. Both rooms look great and we would definitely recommend him to others

We had carpet install in two bedrooms,hall and stairs by Andrew. Andrew did a fantastic job! Alot of work for one man. He was very thorough and great with the clean up. We are pleased with the installation! Definitely would recommend him!
What service! Still a very personalized connection! I posted a request for recommendations for a carpet installer, ( just planning to go with big box for the carpet purchase for a bedroom) THE OWNER of the company reached out personally, I told him what I was looking for, he sent HIS SON JORDAN to my house the very next day, with samples! We had an excellent guy named Andrew that installed our carpet from the Amherst location . He went above and beyond to make sure our carpet was going to be installed correctly, a few hiccups when he pulled our old carpet up, the floor gap was uneven , he figured out what needed to be done and the result of installed looks amazing . We highly recommend Jamie's Carpetshop in Amherst! Our experience in choosing the flooring for different rooms in our home with the help of Melissa was great. The quality and professionalism in the installation of the vinyl and plank flooring by Steve and the carpeting by Andrew were greatly appreciated.
