Purchased carpet from Jamie's in Amherst ~ friendly, knowledgeable & patient! Ordered carpet for two separate date installs: bedroom & living room. We did our own furniture moving & carpet rip out to save us some $$$. Andrew came out today for the bedroom install. Friendly, professional, courteous, & efficient! Room looks great! Requested Andrew to come back next week for the living room. Thank you, Jamie's & Andrew!

We recently had carpet installed there were a few issues and they sent out another installer by the name of Andrew and he knocked it out of the park he was very thorough and made sure everything was perfect and I will definitely be requesting him for our addition once it’s done for the install

Everything was wonderful from the measuring, estimating, to the installation by Andrew. Andrew was very professional and a super hard worker! He left everything clean and took all of the trash, including our old carpet with him. He was VERY efficient! The only issue we had is that the carpet piece we chose from was so small that it was difficult to figure out what it would really look like and we were shocked by the color it really was. Andrew came out today with a pleasant attitude and spent several hours installing my new carpet. The carpet was beautiful and the job was done beautifully! After the job completion Andrew cleaned up very well and swept the new carpet making it look great! I would not hesitate to shop at Jamie's and use Andrew for carpet installation again! Ann S.
