I ordered a two port and you shipped me a ... I ordered a two port and you shipped me a three port. The item was actually marked as a two port so whoever put it on the shelf did it wrong. My pool contractor was able to plug the third port and use it but having him make an extra trip down to the hardware store just cost me more money. Me returning the product wouldn't have worked either since he was already here, returning would again have cost me more money. when the package arrived i opened he box to find ... when the package arrived i opened he box to find no packing material so the valve bounced around. by the grace of god the part came here undamaged but was missing the nut to hold the handle on the valve
