No compren esta porquería Es la peor porquería que compré en años. A la semana ya dejo de funcionar correctamente. Me dicen de Maytronics que el software está defectuoso. No gasten dinero en este equipo. Llevo comprado 4 en los últimos 8 años. No suelen durar más de 2, pero este solo funcionó un mes.
Lasted only 6 MONTHS!!! Was working great until one day it just stopped working. Checked the voltage at the unit and it is getting 29V and there are no obstructions, so I am assuming it is the motor. I can understand a product not lasting 2-3 years, but to not even make it 6 MONTHS is ridiculous!
Caution buying Constantly breaks and stops working. Was fantastic for the first couple months then didn’t even make it 4 months before needing to be shipped back for repairs.
Not recommended getting stuck on steps and angles I would not purchase this again. I spend more time getting it off my stairs when it gets stuck than it actually cleans. The cable is very unsightly across the pool deck. I wish I would’ve gone for a battery operated unit and I regret not looking at the reviews more in depth and seeing how often they get stuck on steps.
Model is not great Stopped working after a week. I like the brand but this model was terrible
Average Two Year Life Span Not Worth it!!!! This is Dolphin number 2 thought maybe the first one was a fluke when it failed after a year and half. First was the swivel 9 months in lost connection both vacuums from dolphin same thing replaced swivel all was well for about 4 months then control box went out on first dolphin replacement cost not worth it, Purchased this one same two year life span this one swivel went bad fixed that . Not reliable only worked for less than 6 months We bought a cleaner in June 2025 and already stopped working. We have another oneThat dosnt wrk, and haveBeen trying to get us approval to ship it back, but cannot get through to them.
Not the Answer for Me I bought this product thinking was the answer to all my pool cleaning problems. Not hardly. To begin with I have a kidney shape pool with steps and two wall bench seats. It gets hung up on both benches and the steps, and doesn’t seem to get itself down or off of them without my help. It just sits and spins around and around until I have to dislodge it.
