Junk Complete piece of junk. Unit never worked properly and seller or manufacturer will not make it right. I would run away from this product as fast as I could.
Can’t navigate stairs always stuck $800 to watch this thing get stuck on the pool stairs within 5 mins of starting almost every time
Second power supply in under 3 month I had an older Nautilus Plus and it worked great for about 7 years, a great cleaner. I purchased the “better” Nautilus Supreme and I have had nothing but problems with this one. The old version had a button you could simply set the clean interval on the power supply. This is now in the app. This would be good, except the app didn’t work with the robot when it came. Doesn’t work well with iPhone was part of the conversation with tech support, yikes! Its not returnable It was not working and seller did not approved full refund return!! Not recommended!
Latest model (2025) is useless. Hangs up constantly. The media could not be loaded. I have used these for about 5 years. They used to be good cleaners, but the latest model (2025) has new firmware. They climb the walls much better. This sounds good, but they can not handle square edges. The old ones would hang once a week or so, but this one hangs up several times per run. Horrible Warrenty Experience Cleaner performed excellent but the motor stopped working after about 1 1/2 years, which was still in the warranty period. Paid $100 to ship it back for repair, waited 2-3 weeks to get it back and it still had the same problem.The reason for the 1 star review is the customer service is HORRIBLE, they want me to ship it back for repair (while my pool is full of leaves :() and go another couple weeks without a cleaner. Not worth the money We paid over $1,700 for this product in July of 2024. We live in Ohio where the pool season generally lasts from May to September. In our second season 2025, the white rings for wall climbing disintegrated. I called the support line and requested they replace both the product or the parts and labor at their expense. I have had no reply from Maytronics. Expensive item to fall apart after a few months use.
Horrible Sprays dirt all over the steps of the pool. Tried contacting support and they are worthless. I would NOT buy this product.
