Fantastic company and a wonderful agent; Janice Brown. Janice communicated in a professional, timely manner that alleviated any stress. This purchase was unusual as it involved estates, a delinquent mortgage, a judgement and the federal IRS. I was sure it would be a series of Hugh speed bumps , but Janice helped minimize this by being creative and communicating with all parties concerned via appropriate channels.
