The Jason Bialek team was with me every step of the way. Will and Jason were always there to help with offers and approval letters even on weekends and holidays. They made the process easy and efficient. This is the third time in my life purchasing a home and this by far was the best experience I’ve had with financing and closing. I highly recommend working with this great team.

I have done 3 mortgages and 3 refinances through my life so far. This is by far, the best one. I love that it is clear cut, and so easy to upload documents online. If you are a busy working person who likes technology, this is for you. I loved it!!

The Jason Bialek Team at Guaranteed Rate has been a pleasure to work with! They are extremely friendly and professional and did everything in their power to accommodate my needs.
