My experience with KBHS Home loans was actually awful, it was so awful that halfway through our build we pre- approved with another lender and got a much better interest rate. Every single aspect of KBHS was horrible. Response time, Advice, Document Review, etc. When I reached out to Sandro Dinunzio our KB Home Sales Agent and asked for advice on using a different lender he was absolutely appalled at the horrible service we were receiving with KBHS, he escalated our concerns, and was able to get our issues escalated to KBHS ... read more

Jason reached out to us to lock in our rate. We were happy with that! Overall, Jason explained the basics well and helped us feel comfortable. Our only note is that we couldn’t reach Jason over the phone when we were closing. Also the cash needed was off by about $3500, which made our move a lot more stressful and sent us scrambling. It made the closing experience more stressful than it should have been. Overall, we appreciate the help that was provided. Thank you
