It has been years since my last home/mortgage related effort. Covid has definitely changed the process but Jason communicated very well. He answered all of our questions and dug in to research some oddities that sprung up in my situation. He got to the bottom of everything and then took the time to explain everything to us. Jason was able to get us approved for a loan promptly and we were able to move into our house quickly as a result. He guided us in through the paperwork process in order for us to gather all our documents to send to him to make it a faster process. He was frequently available or able to get back to us right away. He introduced us to someone who got a great deal on our homeowners insurance which helped save us money.
