I’ve always heard the expression- “good,cheap, fast-pick two”. With Jason’s guidance, I got all three! I’ve worked with investment bankers for years, and was a little nervous to go outside my normal bank- however, my experience with Jason was hands down the best and easiest process I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Jason and his team to any buyer- first time or 30th time, he really is the best!

My fiance and I just cloaed on our first home and Jason was our lender and we couldn't have been happier. Buying our first home we had plenty od questions and Jason was available at any time to answer any questions and give us confidence in our decisions. Also a plus that he was extremely friendly throughout the process as well! Highly recommend!

My realtor referred Jason to me and he was amazing in helping me out on a weekend to pre-approve my loan application. As a first time home buyer, I was very new to the process and needed a lot of assistance understanding the steps necessary to secure my new home. Jason took the time to walk me through all fees and prices. He was extremely responsive, even while on vacation with his family in Disney world. If anything he’s a bad dad for taking my call while on vacation, and a great lender (just kidding). He did all necessary. Even reviewed my “big corporate”home insurance quote and instead recommended a local insurance firm that got me a better rate
