Jason was one of the better lenders we've ever worked with. This purchase was through "Open Door" so it had a number of different type of hoops to navigate. The best thing I can say about Jason was he was transparent from the beginning. Given some of the different challenges of the loan, he was very helpful in explaining everything and gave us a sense that he was looking out for our best interests. As a first time homebuyer, I didn’t know really know the process of buying a home, the rules and laws or any of the numerous acronyms. Jason explained everything to me in an easy, understandable way, even the weird, “huh?” rules with home buying. He beat the competition on rates, rebates and overall friendliness.
