Jason was one of the better lenders we've ever worked with. This purchase was through "Open Door" so it had a number of different type of hoops to navigate. The best thing I can say about Jason was he was transparent from the beginning. As a first time homebuyer, I didn’t know really know the process of buying a home, the rules and laws or any of the numerous acronyms. Jason explained everything to me in an easy, understandable way, even the weird, “huh?” rules with home buying. He beat the competition on rates, rebates and overall friendliness. Communication is great and quick to respond to any question. Very knowledgeable and made the whole process so smooth and easy. Really enjoyed working with Jason and his team!

I 10/10 recommend Jason at Motto Mortgage if you’re looking to purchase a new home! I had tons of questions and he always answered in a timely fashion and made sure I understood the process. We are first time home buyers and he worked hard to assure that our loan closed on time AND he got us locked in at a great interest rate!!
