Jason was honest and worked hard to help jump any hurdles that came up.
Lack of Professionalism. Inappropriate emails being sent with the purchaser (myself) seeing the arguing taking place because communication was non-existent. Administration should be a part of and or screen communication to ensure behavior like what I experienced doesn’t take place.
Absolute worst financial transaction of my life. This company sat on my paperwork for 2 weeks and gave noone any information. They have no communication skills and do not answer the phone unless you harass them. Because of the delay in my closing because of this company not communicating my kids will not get a Christmas this year. I am absolutely dissatisfied with this whole company from top to bottom. Absolute discrace!
He worked with me over and over to get my credit where he did to get me the house
It was a long journey to get to our new home. Jason was there each step of the way- writing offer letters for different homes in the highly competitive market. I can't say enough about what a joy it was to work with Jason and how much we appreciated his patience, Knowledgeable, friendliness and Responsiveness. We've already referred him to others. The changing pandemic market had nothing on Jason Sweat :)
